ExpressVPN Launches Mobile VPN Router

ExpressVPN, one of the best VPNs For Macs, has announced the release of a portable version of its Aircove VPN router.

The new Aircove Go offers even greater protection online if you’re traveling or away from the home or office.

The mini VPN router is small enough to fit in your pocket and has ExpressVPN built-in giving any device connected to it a more secure WiFi connection.

Aircove VPN routers work by allowing you to connect devices to them and then you can connect the Aircove to to any WiFi network that you have the password for.

This means you don’t need to use the ExpressVPN app on your Mac or any other device – anything you connect to AirCove will be protected automatically as long as you have an ExpressVPN subscription.

ExpressVPN already offers the Aircove VPN router for use at home but this is the first time it has launched a portable version of it.

The Aircove Go will appeal to remote workers that need a secure VPN connection away from the office, digital nomads and those that frequently need to access banking sites or other sensitive information on the move.

There are also blocking features for ads, parental controls, web trackers and other protections built-in.

The Aircove Go can also be used at home to secure your connections and then taken with you when you travel.

You can charge the Aircove Go using a USB-C port on your Mac so you don’t even need to have an external power supply plugged-in.

For users in the USA and Canada, the AirCove VPN router costs US$169.90 from Amazon and there is also an international version available in around 30 countries.

We hope to bring you a full review of the AirCove Go soon but in the meantime you can also check out our ExpressVPN for Mac review.
