It costs $324.00 for a three year license. Originally, when it was known as “Acrobat Classic”, it was $540.00 but Adobe reduced this in 2025 to $324.00 when it renamed it “Adobe Acrobat 2024”).
Note that there is no Student & Teacher pricing for Acrobat Pro 2024 and the perpetual license version of Acrobat Pro 2020 Student edition is no longer available for purchase.

Adobe now generally refers to the subscription product simply as Acrobat Pro. “Acrobat Pro DC” is the older name you will still see on some pages and search results.

What Acrobat Pro 2024 does not include
Acrobat Pro 2024 is a strong desktop PDF editor, but it is deliberately kept on a fixed feature track. Before buying, make sure you do not need:
- editing or organising PDFs in a browser, iPhone or iPad
- cloud-based document review links and tracked collaboration
- sending signature requests and managing the full online e-signature workflow
- the latest Acrobat interface and feature additions

You can still sign in with a free Adobe account for basic services, but that is different from the premium Acrobat online services included with a subscription. It is more accurate to say that Acrobat Pro 2024 has no premium Document Cloud entitlement than to say it has no cloud connection at all.
Can you use Acrobat Pro 2024 offline?

You should not buy an old Acrobat key as a workaround for a lifetime licence.
